Another lovely autumn surprise: this fine release by Tape Loop Orchestra maestro, Andrew Hargreaves, which has tinges of his more typical style: waves of looped, gritty, warm classical chords, and angelic floating vocals, mixed in with some sprinklings of Caretaker, and maybe Rafael Anton Irissari, found sound/concrete and warm industrial reminiscings. Quite a fantastic release and makes me wish the rest of Tape Loop Orchestra could makes its way to Bandcamp (hint, hint Andrew!) Joe Borreson
The intricate, high frequency percussive touches that adorn Wheele at 2:53 are subtle but expertly balanced. This dancefloor-shattering masterpiece is a suitable alternative to a feather duster when it comes to cleaning your subwoofer. hthomson
